These terms cover DONO Studio Content Poster, a website that lets a creator publish their own video to their own TikTok account. Contact: donostudio.contact@gmail.com.

The service

You log in with TikTok Login Kit and post through the TikTok Content Posting API. The login asks for user.info.basic and video.publish. video.publish is the Direct Post permission: the video is published to the TikTok account you connected, using the caption, privacy, interactions, and commercial disclosure you select. The TikTok app is also registered for video.upload, the Content Posting scope for sending a video to a TikTok inbox. This website does not request video.upload, and it does not request video.list.

Your consent before a post

Choosing a file only shows you a preview on your device. DONO Studio Content Poster does not add a watermark, logo, or promotional text to the video. Nothing is sent to TikTok until you press Post to TikTok. You can edit the caption before you post. By posting, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and to TikTok's Branded Content Policy when you mark the video as branded content.

Your content

• You must own the video or have the rights needed to post it, including any music in it.
• You choose who can view the video from the options TikTok offers your account. We do not pick a privacy setting for you.
• If the video promotes yourself, a brand, a product, or a service, you turn on commercial content disclosure and say whether it is your brand, branded content, or both.
• Your use of TikTok must follow the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, the Music Usage Confirmation, and, when it applies, the Branded Content Policy.

Availability

The service is provided as is. It depends on TikTok, which can limit posting, restrict unaudited apps to private viewership, or change its API. We may change or stop the site.

Ending use

You can stop by disconnecting on the post page or by removing the app in TikTok. We may suspend access that misuses the site, including attempts to post content you do not have rights to or to bypass the posting screen.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of DONO Studio Content Poster.
